An Afternoon With Team ISEA Staff in Our Hampton Office

Following lunch at one of the restaurants across the street from the AmericInn here in Hampton with Unit Two Directors Sandra G. and Cindy Carroll, we all kicked back in the ISEA Regional Office. Pictured (at left) is Michele Alden, Administrative Assistant, a critical member of Team ISEA in Hampton! While the rest of us put our feet up and enjoyed flavored coffees, Michele continued to respond to Team ISEA leaders via emails, fielding their phone calls, all the while she also engaged in conversation with us! Michele is definitely the "Queen" of multi-tasking!

Cindy Carroll (pictured at right) is an enthusiastic, energetic Team ISEA UniServ Director! I really like how she "thinks outside the box" in her approach to solving member concerns. We shared some favorite memories today of my visit last year to Unit Two locals with Cindy.

Sandra G. joined Team ISEA mid-summer this year. She too is full of energy and has innovative approaches to the work she's involved with as a Team ISEA UniServ Director. Sandra just wouldn't sit still long enough to let me capture her photo!

JoAnn Mackin (at left) Team ISEA Bargaining Specialist has an office here in Hampton at the ISEA Regional Office. JoAnn happened to be in the office this afternoon too! It was great to listen to the conversations between our regional staff here and to hear their problem solving strategies.

We certainly have dedicated staff that care about Team ISEA members and they all have a passion for the work they do!
