I presented Hawkeye UniServ Unit leaders with our new "Team ISEA" lapel pin. I shared with leaders that I so deeply believe that all we do in education is about a "team" effort. We cannot do our job unless we have Education Support Professionals, Classroom teachers, AEA Staff, Media Specialist, Guidance Counselors, Art, Music, Phys Ed teachers, School Administrators, School Board members, Parents, Students and the Community all working together. In our Association work, "team" work is critical too. We need leaders at all levels and all leaders are key to Team ISEA.

Thanks, Hawkeye UniServ Unit leaders for your leadership on Team ISEA!
