Celebrating Membership Gains in JDC UniServ Unit

On Tuesday evening JDC UniServ Unit held a dinner to honor local association membership teams for their continued great work and thank them for their membership gains. Pictured here are JDC UniServ President Tom Petaros, middle school Counselor in Maquoketa; and Dianne Callahan, high school Business Education teacher in Western Dubuque. Dianne is the long-serving Treasurer of WDEA.
Other leaders that gathered are (from left to right) Peg Thein, 5th-8th grade band teacher in Clayton Ridge and ISEA Executive Board rep from JDC; Trista Manternach, Special Education teacher at Fulton Elementary and Dubuque EA Membership co-chair; and JDC UniServ Secretary Lora Henkel.


Recognition awards were given for 1) maintaining membership; 2) 90%+; and 3) increased membership. Seated (from left to right) Kevin McDermott, middle school Vocal Music teacher and Western Dubuque EA president; JoAnn Becker, high school Business Education teacher and Western Dubuque EA Membership chair; and Meg Baugh, Media Specialist and Andrew EA Membership chair.

Midland EA Membership chair Bob King (seated at left) helped direct his local to a membership gain. Also enjoying conversation over dinner was Peg Thein, of Clayton Ridge EA.



Roger Dusil (at right), membership chair of Northeast EA was honored with a continued 90%+ local EA membership.

This was a great opportunity for the JDC UniServ Unit to honor local membership teams for their great work on continuing to build membership throughout the year.
